We came to Todos Santos for a family wedding, converging from all over the US. The house was absolutely perfect for us - affording everyone privacy and private spaces, while also providing many communal gathering spaces. The rooftop captured the breezes from the ocean and gave us beautiful views of the sunsets. The pool was a cooling oasis and a perfect gathering space during the day. The hammocks and cozy bean bag chairs were a real draw! Then, stepping out the door we discovered excellent restaurants and beautiful art galleries and terrific shopping. In all, it was a lovely stay. Jose couldn't have been more friendly or responsive, from the day we arrived to the day we left. We felt like family - welcome and well cared for. We will definitely return!!

My family and I had such a wonderful experience staying at the Baja House in Todos Santos. The house was so beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The pictures didn’t do it justice! What really made our stay special however, was our host Jose. He always made himself available to answer any questions we might have and was very helpful in recommending places to go. He also made our stay easy and relaxing by organizing and overseeing the housecleaning and massages, which were such a treat! Not only was Jose very attentive, but such a sweet and gracious person. We couldn’t have asked for a better visit and are planning on returning next spring.

The entire property was clean, stylish and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. Jose was a fabulous host and always available for anything we needed. The pool area was a great place to hang and you are right in the middle of town. The roof terrace is awesome and there is a market across the street if you want to take wine or a snack to the roof. *You need a car if you want to see the beach.

This historic and intimate house is a perfect stay if you want to be in the action of Todo Santos. The community spaces and patios were my favorite part, relaxing with a place in the sun. Step out the front door and walk to amazing food, drinks, arts, and sites. Would def recommend to friends!

​I stayed at Baja House for one night during my visit to Todos Santos, and it was a fantastic experience. The space is beautiful and perfectly centrally located, making it easy to explore the town. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the rooftop deck was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend staying here!

Baja House is a very cool micro boutique hotel that punches well above its size. Thoughtfully designed as a narrow vertical space, every inch is used with intention—and it shows. Each room feels expansive thanks to soaring ceilings, and ours had a private stair that led to a rooftop terrace, opening onto a larger shared rooftop with views over the whole town. That layered sense of space—moving up, out, and into views—was a highlight. Inside, the details elevate the experience. Cathedral-style stained glass windows cast beautiful light, giving the room a quiet, cinematic feel. The bathroom is modern, the bed is comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure. The rooftop is exceptional: oversized jacuzzi, lounge seating, couches, and an outdoor kitchen under a pergola, with Bluetooth speakers for chilled-out music. It’s an ideal spot to unwind at sunset or ease into the evening. There’s also a more intimate courtyard with a plunge pool, lush tropical planting, and relaxed seating—quiet, tucked away, and beautifully composed. What really sets Baja House apart is the design—Baja beach meets jungle with an industrial-modern edge. Raw materials, reclaimed wood, and repurposed fixtures create a refined, slightly DIY feel, all executed with a strong design sense. It feels like something out of Dwell—effortless, textural, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Would absolutely stay again.

What a GEM right in the heart of Todos! Jose greeted me upon arrival with an aire of tranquility and ease. He showed me around the property and escorted me to my room while providing the history of the house. Amenities were thoughtful. Was sad to only be there one night! I 1,000% recommend and am already looking forward to returning.

The house is beautiful, stylish and the staff adorable.! The playlist wonderful, it has a nice pool and their coffee is excellent. Located in the center of Todos Santos, it is very practical because you can just leave and walk around the nicest places right there, yet it could be a bit noisy (not all the time) in the upper rooms (the village noises, which are not considerable) You can see the ocean too.

I highly recommend Baja House! Our family rented out the entire unit for 5 nights. It was so wonderful that a couple of us stayed one extra night. Jose and Aracely made us feel at home and as if they were part of the family too! Everything was spotless, towels were provided for the pool and beach, and all our needs were attended to. Looking forward to staying there again on my next trip. Thank you Jose and Aracely!

Amazing, incredible, such a phenomenal stay!! I CANNOT say enough about our family vacation at this Airbnb. 5 stars for our lovely host Jose, 5 stars for the outstanding Aracely, who cooked and cleaned with nothing but love, top level skill and positive energy, 5 stars for a gorgeous home and magical town with surprises around every corner. Jose went above and beyond making sure every detail of our stay was looked after, and that every plan we made (beach, restaurant, whale shark swimming, etc) went nothing short of seamless. STAY HERE. The staff alone makes it worthwhile. Thank you Jose and Aracely for a 10 out of 10 trip -- it was definitely one for the books!! Hope to be back soon, missing the sun and breeze already!

What a dream: intimate, stylistic, historic, Baja House puts you in the center of this “Pueblo Magico” with cozy interiors and welcoming community spaces. I came for a creative retreat and the design and styling was inspirational, I recommend you spend some quality time on the roof top terrace where the 360 views have you immersed in the town. José was amazing, kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we need! Would 10/10 return to this beautiful home.
